How to Use the Omni-Grip?

Getting Started:

1. Lock It In:

  • There’s a single hole dead center on the top of this steel beast—that’s where it hooks up to your cable machine.
  • Clip the two included carabiners onto each handle.
  • Choose your width by hooking the carabiners into one of the 5 holes on either side of the grip, labeled with Roman numerals for quick width adjustments.
  • Matching Roman numerals on both sides make it easy to keep things balanced, so you hit both sides evenly.

2. Dial In Your Grip:

  • Play around with the different hand positions to hit your muscles from every angle. Whether you want a narrow squeeze, a neutral grip, or a wide stretch, it’s all in your hands—literally.

3.Hit Every Angle:

  • Rows: Blast your back by connecting to a low pulley. Adjust the width to target your lats exactly where you want.
  • Pulldowns: Hook up to a high pulley and tweak your grip width to shift the focus between upper lats, mid-back, or rear delts.
